Dredge pumpThe dredge pump is high efficiency made from wear resistant casting impeller and liners fitted on heavy duty shaft and high quality roller bearings. The impeller is fitted on the shaft by trapezoid thread directly machine on the shaft end. The shaft sealing is a water cooled sealing that can be replaced after wear life. The impeller is a special type of double curved vanes high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers. The impeller is fixed on the shaft by trapezoid thread machined directly in the impeller hub.
(3). Cutter headThe cutter motor is hydraulic driven low speed and high torque heavy duty design. The cuttermotor is mounted on the cutter front piece on the ladder end. A special cover is provided to protect the motor from damage due to sand, rocks and debris. The cover can be removed from easy inspection and maintenance.
